Josephines Josephines Godfrey, IL Godfrey, IL Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $13 - $15 an hour $13 - $15 an hour Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of space - Maintain a clean and organized host station - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Manage waitlist during peak hours - Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service - Provide assistance to guests as needed Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Busser.
As a Host/Busser, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
