We are seeking an attendant who can help create the best possible experience for our guests.
The attendand should be energetic & customer service oriented.
Job duties:
Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
Perform basic bartending skills, verbalize offerings & answer questions.
Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest.
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Meet store operating policies and standards of safety and security.
Engage with and understand guests needs and concerns.
Available to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate the needs of fellow team members.
Carefully monitors the store and assists Management in identifying and resolving current and potential guest problems.
Qualifications:
Basic cash handling skills and performing basic math to determine register balance.
Lift a maximum of 30 pounds approximately waist high.
Work at a pace consistent with changing business volumes and demands throughout the shift.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry our oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Ability to work as part of a team.
