Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including project management, business development, and operations management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire others, and drive results.
- Experience in operations management and process improvement is highly desirable.
