Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire others, and drive results.
- Experience in operations management and process improvement is highly desirable.
