Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 3 years apartment maintenance experience.
Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion HVAC repair and preventative maintenance, certification required Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Electrical Plumbing Appliance Repair Painting and Dry Wall Repair Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Must be authorized to work in the US' 'Work Remotely No Job Type:
